Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a formal review and approval process for all marketing content and campaigns to ensure adherence to regulations.
• Manage the review process for advertisements, promotions, digital media, and product information to maintain compliance with applicable regulations (e.g., UDAP/UDAAP, FTC).
• Collaborate with Legal, Marketing, Sales, and other departments to create a cohesive and compliant marketing strategy.
• Conduct timely and accurate compliance reviews, keeping policies and procedures up-to-date as regulations evolve.
• Educate and train marketing teams on compliance best practices and regulatory requirements to foster a culture of compliance.

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, law, or a related field.
• 7+ years in regulatory compliance within banking, financial services, or fintech sectors, with proven experience in marketing compliance.
• Experience managing internal stakeholders
• In-depth knowledge of marketing regulations and industry best practices.
