Senior Mechanical Engineer Role

We are seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer to join our team, where we are transforming buildings to enhance human health and address climate change. This role involves leading the design, development, and maintenance of complex manufacturing equipment to improveuptime, throughput, yield, and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead mechanical design of custom manufacturing equipment and tool improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop robust solutions.
• Design and review parts, assemblies, and layouts using SolidWorks and AutoCAD.
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and implement innovative manufacturing solutions.
• Manage vendor relationships and implement spare parts strategies.
• Create documentation, including SOPs and troubleshooting guides.

Desired Skills and Experience:

• 3+ years in mechanical design or equipment engineering.
• Expertise in SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and modern manufacturing techniques.
• Strong problem-solving skills and familiarity with FEA, CFD, and statistical analysis.
• Hands-on mechanical repair and assembly experience.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
