Flexible Salary Range: $100,000 - 150,000

Available to start: ASAP

Schedule: 8:00am - 5:00pm EST

We are looking for either a Mechanical Engineer or Electrical Engineer who is responsible for designing and developing mechanical/electrical systems and components for power generation and distribution. This role involves creating detailed design specifications, conducting simulations and analyses, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety regulations. The engineer collaborates with cross-functional teams to optimize performance, efficiency, and reliability of power systems, often working on projects related to renewable energy, electrical grids, and power plants. Strong problem-solving skills, proficiency in CAD software, and a solid understanding of thermodynamics and fluid mechanics are essential for success in this position.

Preferred Qualifications and Experience:

• 10 years of experience in related field (Mechanical or Electrical Engineering)
• Bachelors Degree
• Design of high-rise multifamily buildings - preferably hotels, apartments, condos, student housing, senior living, etc.
• Design of commercial buildings is also ok if they have some high-rise experience as well. Offices, hospitals, medical buildings, etc.
• Design from start to finish of new construction
• EOR – Engineer of Record, must have PE license
• Experience managing a team, overseeing multiple projects at once, customer facing
• Revit experience
