Senior Network Engineer - Iceberg : Job Details

Are you a strong Network Engineer who can implement and maintain Palo Alto firewalls?My client, a global hedge fund with offices in New York, London, Dubai, Hong Kong, and Singapore, is searching for a Senior Network Engineer from a strong security background who is able to implement and maintain Palo Alto firewalls. My client is a smaller hedge fund with big aspirations, and technology is at the center of this.Key QualificationsOver 10 years of experience in engineering, implementing, and maintaining enterprise networks.BS/MS in computer science, networking, cybersecurity, or related IT fields.Deep knowledge of BGP, OSPF, PIM, and IGMP best practices.Significant experience with Arista, Cisco Catalyst, Nexus, and Palo Alto/Cisco ASA firewalls.Thorough understanding of firewall policy administration, VPN, and NAT technologies.Excellent troubleshooting skills for LAN, WAN, and multicast networking issues.Knowledge of datacenter build processes, including power consumption and cooling, with Equinix experience preferred.Experience with PTP timing architecture for trading networks.Proficient in Linux command line utilities and ethtool.Strong scripting and automation skills using Python and Ansible.Experience implementing with F5 LTM and GTM devices.Package$150,000 – $200,000Hybrid: 3 days on site (NYC office), 2 days WFHGreat bonus (Increases YoY)If you meet these qualifications, please don't hesitate to reach out and let's connect!#J-18808-Ljbffr
