Senior Operations Manager - FPC National : Job Details

FPC of Wake Forest has been engaged to locate a Sr. Operations Manager for an excellent client! This company is well-known for the design and manufacture of high-quality products used in the consumer, medical devices, and pharmaceutical markets.

This role represents to Plant Management!

So, what will you be doing as Sr. Operations Manager?

-Provide leadership and oversight to all aspects of site Manufacturing Operations

-Develop business plans, budgets, staffing plans, and forecasts

-Work with Quality and Engineering on the development of process improvements, investigation of quality issues, and ISO audits

-Act as a champion for employee safety and engagement

-Monitor and publish plant KPIs

What you will need to be successful:

-BS in Engineering, Operations, or Supply Chain Management

-7+ years of Management experience in a Manufacturing environment

-Direct experience in high-speed manufacturing

-Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing/Six Sigma

-Ability to communicate to all levels internally, and externally with customers/suppliers

Other things considered a plus:

-MBA

- Experience in plastic molding, or assembly of complex products

-Six Sigma certification
