Job Description :
The Senior Operations & Trading Analyst will be part of a dynamic team within the Operations department and will report to the Director of Operations. This position requires significant interaction with the firm's Sales teamas well as other departments. The Senior Analyst will work closely with custodians and our portfolio management software teams to ensure that client data is represented appropriately and accurately and will seek timely resolutions to issues. The position requires someone with attention to detail who is self-motivated and composed under deadline pressure.Position Responsibilities:
  • Trade processing and execution for Mutual Funds, ETFs, and Stock positions, both in individual accounts, block orders, and through TAMPs.
  • Troubleshoot trading escalation items with advisors and/or clients and/or custodians.
  • Account maintenance and data integrity across various software, platforms, and custodians.
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly reporting for clients and internal use.
  • Performance reporting and composite maintenance on a quarterly basis for several models across the firm in accordance with GIPS rules and guidelines.
  • Monitor accounts for deviations from target asset allocation.
  • Develop solutions to improve inefficiencies around data, systems, and processes.
  • Review and update department procedures.
  • Complete other tasks and ad-hoc projects.
  • Train team members on various Operations & Trading responsibilities.Position Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in business or a related major with 2-4 years of relevant industry experience and trading.
    • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
    • Experience with Orion, Salesforce, and eMoney preferred.
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
    • Ability to work and excel in a fast-paced environment and run lead on multiple priorities at once.
    • Exceptional attention to detail.
    • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
