Senior Patrol Supervisor - Hershey Entertainment & Resorts : Job Details

Conduct security patrols and courier transports throughout the Company and respond to and provide aid in emergency situations. - Supervise and oversee a team of Security Patrol team members. Ensure each area has proper staffing and that all team members have proper training and documentation for each shift. - Initiate emergency response measures by means of responding and reacting to unsafe conditions and emergency situations. Manage deployment of security personnel and equipment to provide effective and efficient operations during incidents. - Assess, investigate, resolve, and contain situations, while taking appropriate actions based upon Company policy and procedures, as well as training. - Monitor team member and guest activity while ensuring that all Company policies and procedures are being followed. - Create timely, thorough, and accurate incident reports in an incident tracking system. - Communicate regularly with Security Management regarding operational issues to include team...Patrol, Supervisor, Senior, Operations, Hotel, Security, Team Member
