This position can be remote; however, if you reside near our offices in Menomonee Falls, WI, or New York City, NY, we request that you work onsite from Monday through Thursday, with the option to work remotely on Fridays.About the RoleAs Senior Personalization Analytics Analyst, you will lead the development, testing and curation of statistical and machine learning models to inform and support customer strategy within Marketing. This role focuses on providing analytical and technological support and consultation to key partners within the marketing organization, ranging from the executive level to our strategy teams. In addition, this person may lead the co-development of marketing technologies with our IT teams.What You'll DoConstruct and curate datasets for model featuresDevelop the methodology for model creation, testing, execution, and maintenanceManage each project and code base in GithubLead working groups and participate in steering committees with our IT partnersMay lead UAT testingProvide project communications to Marketing leadersCultivate meaningful relationships with our business partnersDefine analytical and reporting requirements with partnersRespond to most complex inquiries with actionable insights and adviceDeliver technical capabilities to partnersCreate dashboards or decks to provide recommendationsProvide high level data driven insights that confirm or refute our partner's hypothesisProvide guidance to Marketing leaders on investments in technologyDemonstrate the ROI of technological advancements via proof on concept projectsAdditional tasks may be assigned as necessaryWhat Skills You HaveRequiredBachelor's Degree in relevant fieldExperience coding in general purpose languages, e.g. Java, Python, C+Experience developing, testing, and curating statistical and machine learning modelsExperience using traditional RDBMS, e.g. Teradata, MSSQL ServerExperience using cloud offerings, e.g. Azure, AWS, GCPExperience using software version control, e.g. GithubExperience using any flavor of the Apache Hadoop Framework, e.g. Hortonworks, Cloudera, MapRA demonstrated ability to establish and maintain strong working relationships and achieve results by working collaboratively with othersAbility to work in a rapidly changing environment while prioritizing and managing multiple tasksStrong oral and written communication skills, including experience with data visualization technologies such as Jupyter Notebooks, R Shiny, and TableauPreferredMaster's Degree or Ph.D in the hard sciences, computer science, engineering or other applicable field4+ years of relevant Data Science, Applied Mathematics, and/or IT experience
