Senior Platform Engineer - Big Cloud : Job Details

We're working with a start-up transforming corporate travel using LLMs and RAG architecture. They have built an enterprise AI platform that automates complex travel management via Slack, Teams, and more. Their AI assistant saves millions in travel costs and delights users at global enterprises, including consulting and pharma giants. Backed by Y Combinator and leading institutional investors, they are on a mission to redefine corporate travel.

Responsibilities:

• Build observability, monitoring, and reliability features for global software systems.
• Manage and optimize AWS infrastructure to handle rapid user growth.
• Design scalable database models for diverse customer needs.
• Reduce deployment times for increased efficiency and productivity.
• Create robust, concurrent software to enhance user experiences.

Requirements:

• 3-5+ years of experience building infrastructure for scalable systems in cloud environments.
• Expertise with Python
• Expertise in observability, monitoring, and software design.
• Strong skills in security, relational databases, and scalable system architecture.
• Experience managing infrastructure across development, staging, and production.
• Interest in AI, large language models, and creating high-quality engineering standards.
