Title: Senior Plumbing Designer Engineer| Commercial, Educational and Residential projects Client : As a leading MEP engineering consulting firm in the NY area since 1960, throughout their history they have partnered with architects, developers, municipal agencies, institutions, and other engineers to build over a thousand buildings of all shapes and sizes and continue to provide a fully inclusive range of MEP services. Description: Immediate need for an experienced Senior Plumbing Designer Engineer with a minimum of eight years of experience in Plumbing and Fire Protection systems. Proficiency in AutoCAD; Revit desired. Experience creating plans, schematics, and equipment selection. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to lead the Plumbing/MEP design scope on a wide range of projects. Required:

• 7+ years of experience in MEP Engineering specializing in Plumbing and Fire Protection systems
• Proven experience in creating plumbing and fire protection plans, schematics, equipment selection, load calculations, shop drawings and specifications
• Perform building inspections of existing services when appropriate
• Familiar with building codes
• AutoCAD proficiency REQUIRED; Revit highly desired
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
• Well-organized, self-starter, great communication skills
• Certifications including EIT, LEED, PMI or PMP a plus
• Some degree of Lead, Supervisory or Project Management experience a plus
