A leading R&D / Engineering organisation who design and manufacture high power electronics for semiconductor manufacturing are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Power Electronics Engineer with exposure to RF products. This is a unique role, managing the product launch of RF Generator Systems used in Plasma Power applications. This role requires skills in both industrial RF power and high-power power supply design.

This Senior Power Electronics Engineer job in Gloucester, Massachusetts is a unique opportunity to be part of a global leading organization who are investing heavily to push the boundaries of RF Power products.

Skills and Experience required:

• Ability to design, develop and bring power conversion products to market.
• Experience with matching and combining high frequency, high power assemblies and loads
• Exposure to RF/ Analog / Digital control modelling and simulation
• 100kHz to 60MHz RF System Design
• Exposure to thermal management
• Desirable skills include PCB design, MATLAB, AWR would be beneficial but not essential
