Job Description:

Senior Managers have begun and are developing their thought leadership journey. They are sound negotiators and highly articulate individuals who encompass the full range of skills and procurement and supply chain experience to identify opportunities in the market. They seamlessly pivot between sales and program management as they scope programs of work, set up teams, and map out pathways of success right through the post-implementation review stages. Our clients are looking for exceptional end-to-end program delivery and transformation capabilities that incorporate best practice methodologies. We ensure our teams are set up for success to compete for these deals.

LOCATION

While our clients are located all over North America, our team enjoys brainstorming professional ideas, sharing foodie recommendations and participating in group outings in the architectural capital, Chicago, Illinois, where our US office is headquartered.

Responsibilities:

Superior performance in relevant undergraduate studies (e.g. Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, etc.)

• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel analysis and communication in MSWord and MS PowerPoint
• 8+ years' experience required in procurement or supply chain with a track record of delivering exceptional outcomes for clients
• 6+ years of consulting experience within a management consulting firm
• Must have demonstrated exposure in fostering client relationships to sell consulting engagements and proven success in applying leading strategic procurement practices including strategic sourcing, category management, supplier relationship management and commercial negotiation
• Ability to be based out of our Chicago, IL office
• Legally eligible to work in the US without sponsorship
• Ability to travel up to 80% of your time

Qualifications

Basic

• A bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent is required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 6 years of relevant work experience in the job description
