Primary Role Function:Our client is seeking a Senior Product Designer to work across two critical teams, both with a focus on enterprise/tooling solutions. The Talent Management team is dedicated to developing internal tools to support performance management processes during each review cycle. Concurrently, the Customer Support team focuses on both internal tools for creating support content and maintaining a customer-facing help center. The ideal candidate will be an exceptional enterprise product designer who can work seamlessly with cross-functional teams—including Product Managers, Engineers, Data Scientists, and business partners—to develop user-friendly interfaces for these two distinct areas.
