We're looking for a Senior Product Manager with a strong track record of building financial services products in close collaboration with sales, customer success, and engineering teams. You should also excel in engaging with our largest, most strategic customers to ensure their needs are met and help drive mutual success. Ideally you are an entrepreneurial and customer-centric Product Manager to drive the development of innovative, financial services solutions for Motive's most strategic customers. This role offers an exciting opportunity to directly impact the company's growth and strengthen relationships with key clients by improving their operational efficiency through cutting-edge, customer-facing products.
As a Senior Product Manager, you'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—including product managers, engineers, and executives—to shape and execute a roadmap that enhances workflows for companies in the physical economy. You'll lead initiatives that span web and mobile platforms, leveraging technologies like mapping and machine learning to create impactful features for a diverse set of customers.
To excel in this role, you should be comfortable managing a complex, high-impact product area and have a deep understanding of customer needs to deliver simplified, effective solutions. You'll be a strong advocate for the customer, while driving execution and inspiring your team to meet ambitious goals. An entrepreneurial spirit and growth mindset are essential to succeed in this dynamic, fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do:Product Managers at Motive are responsible for the complete product offering, from early stage research and ideation, through implementation and iteration based on key success metrics. We are always growing, learning, and adapting, in and out of the office. You'll be joining a team that is highly engaged, competent and direct. We help each other to constantly improve our work and reach our potential. We're dedicated to being agile, which means we're constantly learning about our users' experience and iterating as much as necessary to improve it. We also know all too well the importance of validating assumptions about users and use various types of testing to ensure we're right (or discover where we're wrong). It's all about improving our user's experience—no matter who or where it is.
We don't expect you to be able to tick every box. We prioritize culture, and values fit above everything.
