Take-Two Interactive is a leading developer, publisher, and marketer of interactive entertainment for consumers around the globe. The Company develops and publishes products principally through Rockstar Games, 2K, Private Division, and Zynga. The Challenge

This role will own Take-Two and its Labels HR enterprise applications. You will be accountable for the development and execution of application strategies, focusing on enhancing the value of technology solutions for the HR team while ensuring compliance and alignment with company goals and end user experience.

What You'll Take On
  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of a portfolio of HR enterprise applications.
  • Partner with team members in HR and other departments to identify needs, define future objectives, and implement solutions within our products that enhance business processes and meet operational requirements.
  • Supervise project management, ensuring successful execution from concept to delivery within the software development lifecycle.
  • Build, own and maintain vendor relationships, handle licensing, version control, and vendor performance.
  • Supervise enterprise application implementations, enhancements and new releases to ensure our HR teams are using our technology in the most efficient and productive ways possible.
  • Drive process standardization, quality assurance, and user acceptance testing to enhance operational consistency and compliance.
  • Identify training and change management needs, ensure standardized documentation and change management.
  • Ensure all applications meet SOX and audit requirements, maintaining high standards for data integrity and security.
What You Bring
  • Bachelor's degree or similar in Business, HR, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 6-8 years of experience in IT with a focus on HR enterprise applications.
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing a diverse portfolio of business applications, preferably with experience in applications such as Workday, Greenhouse, Lattice, Cornerstone, Chezie and more.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate sophisticated business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to interact effectively with partners at all levels and across Labels.
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies and best practices, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Familiarity with compliance standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and developing teams.

The pay range for this position in New York City at the start of employment is expected to be between $123,500 and $182,780 per Year. However, base pay offered is based on market location, and may vary further depending on individualized factors for job candidates, such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations.
