Job Description :

The Senior Product Manager will interface with internal project teams and external parties to manage a portfolio of technology products, identify research and new technologies and technological concepts, and working with a team to bring the products to the market.We are looking for a resourceful, driven individual with significant software development management experience as well as customer-facing requirements gathering abilities. Communication skills are very important, as well as the ability to adapt to fluctuating requirements and priorities. You must have well-developed project management and problem-solving skills while enjoying the challenge of acting as the intermediary between clients or client-facing teams and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Working with multiple stakeholders to define, maintain and execute the product roadmap and features.
  • Triage reported software problems and enhancement requests from internal and external stakeholders.
  • Participate in and drive discussion on a range of technology issues including User Interface and Experience, technology architecture and design.
  • Work with internal and external development teams to bring products and features to the market.
  • Communicate project status to executives and stakeholders.
  • Perform acceptance testing prior to releasing features.
  • Work closely with IT and support to investigate and resolve issues with products.
  • Manage ongoing relationships with internal and external clients to drive adoption.
  • Achieve strategic product goals and measure Key Performance Indicators.
  • Support potential sales opportunities through proof of concept projects.
  • Coordination of potential technical partnership opportunities.

Knowledge & Skills

  • Experience with different software development methodologies.
  • Experience working in an agile environment.
  • Strong organizational skills, including ability to prioritize and work under pressure.
  • Ability to effectively handle multiple activities and projects.
  • Proven ability to work well, both individually and within a team environment.
  • Client management skills - including responsiveness and attention to detail.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to address issues promptly and effectively.
  • Ability to handle confidential information in a discreet, professional manner.
  • Strong initiative and self-motivation.
  • Flexibility and willingness to work outside of standard business hours, as needed.
  • Strong executive written, verbal and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong program and project management skills.

Professional Experience Required

  • A Bachelor's degree.
  • 4+ years working as part of a product team for a SaaS product.
  • Proven project management and superior communication skills.
  • Proven ability to quickly learn and adapt to a dynamic environment.
  • Proficient written and verbal English language skills.
  • Experience with Productboard, Confluence, Figma and Jira a plus.
