MyHealthTeam is seeking a Senior Product Manager.
Who We're Looking For:
MyHealthTeam creates social networks for people facing chronic conditions. Our goal is to help patients “see around the next corner” by making it easy for them to find the people, information, and support they need to take charge of their condition. Over 23 million patients visit our social networks across 56 different conditions each year, and 4 million have joined as registered members.
We are looking for a creative, entrepreneurial, and out-of-the-box thinker to be our Senior Product Manager. This role will lead the development of new zero-to-one consumer products that engage and empower our users. You will also work on the B2B side, translating consumer engagement into products for revenue partnerships with industry.
Patients are information seekers. With millions of patients visiting our articles and videos each month, we have an enormous opportunity to better engage them and help them become members or subscribers. Under your product leadership, you will grow visitor conversion 10x. You will do this by falling in love with patients' unmet needs and translating those insights into viable products that complement and expand the capabilities of our core product, thereby increasing overall engagement and retention. You should be passionate about leveraging AI to build personalized solutions for patients.
Advertising, sponsorship, and research revenue from pharma and industry relationships ensures our platform remains 100% free to patients and powers the flywheel to fund our mission to improve health outcomes for members. You will also work closely with the Partnerships and Account Management teams to develop new products that can be sold to our partners in the pharmaceutical industry. This could entail joining business development calls with potential clients to understand their needs. It means conceptualizing and building unique, creative product offerings and leading the industry in performance by also being relevant to our users.
What You Get To Do Every Day:
Skills That Aren't Required, but Definitely a Plus:
MyHealthTeam is committed to creating an inclusive space where current and future employees are valued for their skills, experiences, and unique perspectives. Even if your experience does not check every bullet point, we still highly encourage you to apply. The best hires do not always check off every box of a job description.
This is a full-time, San Francisco Bay Area position. You will report to the SVP of Product and Community as a hands-on, individual contributor on a product team with four colleagues.
