About The Team Articore operates TeePublic and Redbubble, two leading global online marketplaces where independent artists can sell unique designs on a variety of products, from apparel to wall art. The team is working on a new B2C product that will address a new total addressable market. Join our team and be a part of our mission to empower self-expression for artists and customers alike. About the Job We are looking for a Product Manager to join this new team. In this role, you will build tools for our artists and merch partners, focusing on customer experience, storefront features, platform integrations, selling tools, data dashboards, and more. As a Product Manager, you will partner with an engineering manager, 2-3 engineers, and report directly to the Director of Product. Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Product lead for a brand new product, driving the development of tools and features that empower our artists and merch partners.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate closely with product designers, engineers, and various stakeholders to deliver impactful solutions.
  • Strategy: Define and execute product vision, strategy, and roadmaps that align with company goals.
  • User Research: Conduct market research, user interviews, and data analysis to identify opportunities and prioritize features.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure a high standard of product quality and user experience through continuous iteration and testing.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively across teams and with senior leadership to ensure alignment and transparency.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in product management
  • Proven track record of delivering successful technology-powered products.
  • Strong understanding of product discovery and delivery techniques.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate effectively with engineers, designers, and senior leadership.
  • Ability to make data-informed decisions and solve complex problems.
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms and/or marketplace products is a plus.
  • Must be based in the greater NYC area - flexible hybrid schedule!
Bonus
  • Experience working in a high-traffic web application or web-scale infrastructure.
  • Familiarity with Ruby on Rails.
  • Background in engineering or a strong technical acumen.
In support of pay transparency and equity, the minimum and maximum full-time annual base salary for this role in New York is $140,000 - $160,000 at the time of posting. While this is our reasonable expectation this is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, actual compensation is influenced by a wide range of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, education, certifications, responsibility, and geographic location. Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location.
