Senior Product Manager - Adlib : Job Details

We are recruiting a Senior Product Manager for a leading solar software company driving innovation in clean energy solutions. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the clean energy movement while working with a passionate and collaborative team across the globe. What you'll be doing: As the Senior Product Manager, you join the global team and help take their flagship product to the next level. You'll be at the heart of product development, gathering user feedback, defining product features, and working closely with key stakeholders to ensure that product enhancements align with strategic goals. You will play a vital role in shaping a global solar software product, collaborating with UX and development teams to deliver impactful, user-centred solutions. Key responsibilities include:Shaping and driving the product strategy, turning vision into an actionable roadmap.Working with stakeholders and strategic partners to understand their needs, translating these insights into effective product enhancements.Gathering and validating product requirements, performing gap analyses, and identifying opportunities for process improvement.Facilitating workshops and documenting requirements to ensure alignment across teams.Collaborating with the UI/UX team to ensure designs meet product standards and are both technically sound and commercially viable.Communicating updates and changes to all relevant stakeholders, keeping everyone aligned on project scope.What experience you'll need: Proven experience in product management, either as a Product Manager, Senior Product Manager or Product Lead from a B2C background.Strong strategic product management experience with a focus on user-centric product development.A passion for understanding users and helping them succeed through innovative product design.Demonstrated experience in gathering and translating user feedback into actionable features.Start-up or scale-up experience is essential.What you'll get in return for your talents: A competitive salary of up to £80k is on offer, a fully remote role with support for home office and wellbeing, 25 days holiday plus Christmas shutdown, company rest/ wellbeing days, a diverse, inclusive and supportive culture focused on well-being and professional development opportunities to support your career growth.
