We are seeking an expert Senior Product Manager to join our dynamic team. You will work with a talented team of engineers, designers, and financial experts to deliver tools and experiences that empower our advisors and enable our clients to meet their retirement goals for income and legacy.
The Planning Solutions at Northwestern Mutual is responsible for building best-in-class financial planning tools for advisors and their clients. The software is our proprietary planning experience, crafted around our own Planning Philosophy and developed side-by-side with our advisors. This role will focus on our Retirement Distribution capabilities. Because it is a living, breathing, integrated plan, Retirement Distribution is seen as the backbone of the retired client experience, working with other digital tools to increase client satisfaction and efficiencies. You will be working on industry-leading software that has extensive ramifications on Northwestern Mutual business.

Pay Range - Start:
$117,390.00
Pay Range - End:
$218,010.00
Northwestern Mutual pays on a geographic-specific salary structure and placement in the salary range for this position will be determined by a number of factors including the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; the scope, complexity as well as the cost of labor in the market; and other conditions of employment. At Northwestern Mutual, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
