What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Lead the ERP transformation program, overseeing the transition to a cloud-based ERP system
• Take full ownership of specific Finance Module & Data product roadmaps
• Manage the program's lifecycle, including work breakdown, scheduling, risk management, budgeting, and communications
• Foster collaboration among Tech, Finance, and operational teams for seamless system integration
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks associated with system implementation and integration

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor's Degree required, advanced degree preferred
• 5+ years of experience in technology-driven roles, with 2+ years in leadership roles managing large-scale transformation projects
• Demonstrated ability managing complex projects involving multiple stakeholders
• Extensive experience with ERP systems, including Oracle EBS and cloud solutions like SAP or Oracle Cloud
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
