The AWS Cloud Storage Product Marketing team is hiring a product marketing lead to drive cloud storage marketing strategy, messaging, positioning, and content generation across builder and buyer personas. In this role, you will start backwards from the customer to develop compelling, strategic narratives to increase awareness and adoption of a variety of cloud services.
You will have proven product marketing experience at a storage vendor, public cloud or SaaS company, or across early- and mid-stage tech businesses.

Key job responsibilitiesA day in the lifeThe product marketing team works on creating compelling positioning and marketing content to support product launches and campaigns that will help customers do more with their data on AWS. We all have a bias for action for developing awesome marketing assets (e.g., website, videos, success stories, blogs, presentations, print collateral, sales enablement tools, etc.). We look for ways to measure the impact of our work on service adoptions. We transition from working on strategic plans or creative ideation to detailed execution, multiple times per day.
We all work together and pick each other up when workloads shift. This helps us manage workloads and juggle multiple priorities to execute high quality deliverables. We enjoy supporting a fast-paced and highly cross-functional organization.
About the teamAWS Sales, Marketing, and Global Services (SMGS) is responsible for driving revenue, adoption, and growth from the largest and fastest growing small- and mid-market accounts to enterprise-level customers including public sector. The AWS Global Support team interacts with leading companies and believes that world-class support is critical to customer success. AWS Support also partners with a global list of customers that are building mission-critical applications on top of AWS services.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $128,600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $212,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
