Senior Product Marketing Manager

The Senior Product Marketing Manager will spearhead Vic.ai's post-product development marketing efforts, product positioning, and messaging with the objective of creating demand for our products thereby increasing sales. This includes acting as the “voice of the customer” and deeply understanding consumer needs and market trends. The role will address questions about the product, the target customers, how they will reach those customers, and how to price the product. The Senior Product Marketing Manager must be an expert on Vic.ai's products and features to raise product awareness in the market and educate customers about its value and benefits.

As our Senior Product Marketing Manager, you will:

  • Work closely with sales and product teams to develop optimal pricing strategies, value propositions, product education approaches, and execution of competitive counter-tactics.
  • Together with the product team, educate both internal and external stakeholders on our product features and their benefits.
  • Develop engaging and educational product marketing campaigns (e.g., case studies, sales documentation, product videos, website copy, blog posts, e-guides) that articulate the benefits of our products.
  • In conjunction with the VP of Product, oversee product launches and move the product from awareness to adoption in new market segments post-launch.
  • Conduct market analysis to obtain an understanding of the competitive landscape and help establish product differentiators, and understand what consumers look for in their ideal products.
  • Engage with the analyst community to raise understanding, awareness, and competitive positioning of the Vic.ai product suite.
  • Increase brand awareness and leads through partner alliances, CRM, online advertising, brand communications, and media placement.
  • Work with major and minor partners to deliver solutions and coordinate joint GTM activities.
  • Create sales collateral and tools that align with the buying process and help move prospects and customers through the sales cycle.
  • Assist sales on calls when appropriate to provide deeper dives into the product.
  • Speak and present both internally and externally to promote the company and next-gen AI platform and products.
  • Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's in marketing or related discipline.
  • 7+ years of product marketing, product management, or digital marketing experience in a related industry.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Metrics-driven and analytical; proven ability to prioritize, drive, and achieve results.
  • Ability to develop, organize, and maintain process and training documentation.
  • Proven track record of executing successful product launches.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and manage your time to address multiple responsibilities in a growth-stage startup.
  • Preference for working in a collaborative, cross-team capacity. This role requires you to work across functions and departments to bring to life the product. You are at the center of our entire organization, constantly interacting with teammates, prospects, and customers.

  • The base annual salary range for this position is specific to the United States and ranges from $150,000 - $165,000. The actual annual salary paid for this position will be based on several factors, including but not limited to: internal equity, skills, prior experiences, work location, training, company needs, and current market demands. The annual salary range for this position is subject to change and may be adjusted in the future. This position may also be eligible for salary increases, bonuses, equity awards, and benefits.
