You are detail-oriented, efficient, and take pride in ensuring every final deliverable meets the highest quality standards. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy focusing on the technical side of design, preparing production-ready files with accuracy and consistency. What You'll Do - You'll work on a range of print deliverables, from small-scale signage to large building wraps, meticulously aligning every detail with project requirements and brand guidelines. In managing the final stages of production, you'll handle everything from file preparation and iterative adjustments to final output, collaborating closely with the creative, project management, and production teams to meet strict deadlines. You'll also ensure all artwork is perfectly optimized for print, upholding quality control and brand integrity across multiple projects, including oversight of freelancers to maintain consistency and adherence to standards. Other Responsibilities -

• Prepare files meticulously, ensuring they are print-ready and aligned with production specifications
• Manage raster graphics for large format printing, ensuring resolution, color profiles, etc
• Version out print deliverables as needed while upholding strong typesetting and layout principles
• Maintain high standards of quality control, ensuring consistency and accuracy in all deliverables
• Work closely with interdepartmental teams to meet deadlines and support project needs
• Collaborate with third-party vendors and/or partner agencies for smooth production processes
• Stay informed about each client's brand guidelines and upcoming projects
• Demonstrate regular attendance, initiative, reliability, and attention to promptness

What You'll Need -

• 4+ years relevant experience
• Deep understanding of print production, including color profiles, bleed, resolution, and output requirements
• Strong technical skills in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
• Ability to occasionally work in PowerPoint, Keynote, Office Suite
• Prior experience working with large format graphics
• Proactive ability to forecast issue and bring solutions
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and highly organized
• Ability to multi-task on multiple workstreams

Base salary range: $105-125K, plus bonus potential if applicable for role. Actual base salary is dependent on several factors including but not limited to; market dynamics, location and region, experience, specialized skills/training (education), level of responsibility, budgetary considerations, tenure at the company (for current employees), etc. The salary range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees.
