Senior Production Leader - Sonatec Global Recruitment : Job Details

Sonatec are engaged as the Exclusive Search partner to an international Chemical Manufacturing company!

Our client is seeking to recruit two Sr. Production Leader's, one to be located in Georgia, USA and the other to be located in Ohio, USA (locations available on request).

For each role, you will work as part of the Senior Management Team with overall responsibility for Manufacturing activities, creating a safe collaborative working environment, continuously improving the manufacturing facility, whilst ensuring the quality of all manufactured products.

Required experience:

• Degree qualified
• A strong working history gained in the Chemical Manufacturing industry
• Oversee all aspects of plant operations, including production, quality control, maintenance, and safety
• Ensure all products manufactured meet company quality standards and regulatory requirements
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency enhancements
• Providing leadership and direction to plant staff, fostering a positive work environment
