Senior Production Line Lead - Manpower Group : Job Details

Our client, a leading manufacturing company, is seeking a Production Line Lead to join their team. As a Production Line Lead, you will be part of the Production department supporting the night shift team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a good understanding of safety regulations and quality standards, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Far Westside of Jacksonville, FL 32219

Pay Range: $20

What's the Job?

• Provide strong leadership to production teams during the night shift, ensuring adherence to production schedules and quality standards.
• Work closely with other departments to create and implement production schedules, optimize workflows, and resolve any production issues.
• Conduct training sessions for team members, ensuring they are skilled in the latest production techniques and safety protocols.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards.

What's Needed?

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or lead role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proficient in production management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
