We are looking for a Production Warehouse Coordinator to work onsite at our Plymouth Meeting headquarters and be part of a hands-on team under the TechCenter umbrella. We are looking for someone goal-oriented who has a desire to be a key contributor, and be a part of advancing and growing the department, as well as their career. The Senior Production, Warehouse Coordinator will be responsible for achievement of high quality standards and efficiency, as well as supporting business processes for the team in our Biometric Warehouse and Production Center. Responsibilities include but are not limited to Biometric Event Processing tasks, Warehouse tasks, Inventory related tasks, and Print Production tasks. The right candidate will be able to multitask and shift focus based on where volume and priority dictates. Essential Job Functions

  • Understand responsibilities under the TechCenter Umbrella and have the ability to be flexible and assist on all sides of the house when volume, priorities or business needs require
  • Manage global inventory oversight and provide projections and need assessments
  • Communicate and oversee warehouse inventory orders. Act as POC with vendors
  • Inventory issue escalation and communication
  • Develop and manage overall inventory tracking and synergy between both warehouse inventory supplies
  • Order processing, inventory projection and ordering, internal/external communication, picking, packing, shipping, tracking and receiving, kitting, data entry and reporting, order reconciliation, print production, finishing and fulfillment, mailing, low-level facility maintenance
  • Maintain accurate inventory records, monitor levels, and report on and order supplies and equipment as dictated by volume, needs and historical data
  • Provide oversight and quality control of all orders, inventory and equipment
  • Troubleshoot all issues to find the cause, come to resolution, and plan to preventative reoccurrence
  • Work with colleagues to reconcile inbound/outbound shipments and communicate with internal/external contacts
  • Openly communicate with essential parties and escalate situations that could adversely impact services
  • Work as part of a team that fosters the delivery of high-quality services and promotes exceptional customer service
  • Establish and maintain a professional relationship with internal/external customers, team members, department contacts and vendors
  • Treat all internal/external customers, team members and department contacts with dignity and respect
  • Maintain security and confidentiality of all client and member information. Ensure all quality systems remain in place and are followed for all projects with information that falls under HIPAA, within a secure environment
  • Support facility operations and report onsite issues as they arise. Track and follow up on building maintenance issues in a timely manner
Requirements
  • Daily in-office/onsite presence
  • 3+ years warehouse/inventory control experience
  • 1+ years print production or mail house experience
  • Ability to work directly with business partners, clients and vendors
Preferred qualifications, experience, and skills
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Proven application skills: Salesforce, MS Office (Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint) Scout/Extensive (or comparable inventory management solution), Adobe CS (InDesign, Acrobat, Photoshop), Workzone (or comparable project management solution)
  • Experience with production/mail house equipment such as printers, folders, cutters, inserters, tabbers and scanners
  • Strong organizational, communication, critical thinking, adaptability, problem resolution, time management and planning skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on ability to communicate both verbally and in writing
  • Ability to work independently with self-initiative and self-motivation, as well as effectively collaborate as part of a team
  • Leadership skills and goal oriented with career advancement in mind
  • Being a problem-solver with the ability to remain calm in high-stress situations
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Ability to effectively multitask in a fast-paced environment and be flexible and work with/respond to change quickly
  • Ability to stand on feet for extended periods of time
  • Ability to provide light maintenance functions as needed
  • Ability to lift 50+ pounds
  • Essential physical functions of the job include handling, grasping, lifting, climbing, pulling hand over hand, and repetitive motions
