Our Program Managers work hand-in-hand with our Product Team to bring the next generation of powerful features and functionality to life, on-time and under budget.

We're looking for an experienced Program Manager to facilitate several multi-functional projects related to our Kodak Moments photo solutions at retail locations around the world. The core function of this role is to drive cross-team, cross-functional planning, process, and execution in a customer-focused organization as a key partner to the software Product Owner(s). This is a high-visibility, career-defining role that leads through influence.

This position has a hybrid work schedule with some day(s) each week in our Rochester, NY based office.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Manages multiple small to large-sized software projects from ideation through deployment.
  • Coordinates delivery across various development teams, sometimes including 3rd party development.
  • Supports Product Owner(s) in prioritization of backlogs, management of product roadmaps, and release planning in an agile software development environment.
  • Organizes and often chairs team demoes, standups and planning meetings.
  • Works closely with regional teams located primarily in the US, Europe, and Australia.
  • Coordinates with technical community, marketing teams and regional sales teams to bring new products to market.
  • Provides management reviews and updates to upper management, as needed.
  • Manages external partners and suppliers, including statements of work, contracts, and relationships, including business and technical aspects.
  • Participates with Customer Support/Operations to analyze and resolve incident reports or escalations.
  • Ensures all required legal approvals are obtained, e.g. SW licenses, HSE, regulatory, etc.
  • Works with the Product Owner(s) and Key Account Program Managers to coordinate launches, including beta testing, pilots, and deployment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related area of study.
  • 6+ years software/systems program management experience with a proven track record of delivering to market on-time and on-budget.
  • Knowledge of full cycle software development agile practices
  • Experience managing 3rd party development.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills

Bonus Points:

  • PMP/Agile certification
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 programs, including OneNote and Teams
  • Experience with JIRA
  • Experience managing people
  • Imaging, eCommerce or UX/UI experience

Salary range: $98,000 - $115,000, based on experience
