Description

Key Responsibilities Include - Senior Project Manager - Construction:

• Coordination with Project Executive and ownership team
• Must be local to Yonkers, NY.
• Oversee the team of Project Managers, Superintendents, and Estimators
• Ensure the projects come in accurately, on time, and within budget
• Guarantee the company's safety, quality, and technical policies and procedures are practiced throughout projects
• Facilitate project status reports and contingency plans
• Demonstrate excellent both technical and professional skills to demonstrate previous years of experience
• Exceed client expectations throughout partnership

Profile

A Successful Senior Project Manager - Construction Will:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering
• Minimum 10-15 years of experience as a Project Manager for Affordable Housing Projects
• Licensed Professional Engineer in NY preferred
• Knowledge of Affordable Housing, NYCHA, PACT standards and procedures
• General Building and Construction knowledge
