Role Summary: GoldenWolf is actively seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Project Manager to lead a portfolio of facility projects and maintenance actions for Military Treatment Facilities (MTF) Globally. The ideal candidate will track work performed within the facilities, both preventive and corrective maintenance, and oversee facility improvement projects. This is a dynamic role that offers the opportunity to collaborate with various stakeholders, manage multiple projects, and ensure the highest standards of facility operations. Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Assist in developing strategic, business, and execution plans to achieve organizational results.
- Maintenance Standardization: Develop and standardize preventive maintenance programs.
- Annual Planning: Support the development of annual facility project planning and execution strategies.
- Advisory Role: Act as the primary advisor on funding requirements and develop decision support packages to justify funding priorities.
- Daily Operations: Manage the day-to-day operations of contract personnel, including task assignments and professional development.
- Communication: Maintain enterprise-wide communication, including meeting coordination, email and phone engagement, and authoring various project-related documents such as reports and executive summaries.
- Project Coordination: Track and monitor project efforts, ensuring alignment and integration across various requirements.
- Fund Management: Oversee project budgets, advise on funding responsibilities, and execute fund request submissions.
- Accreditation Support: Review and recommend improvements for programs supporting accreditation standards.
- Onsite Support: Perform extensive site visits, conduct facility assessments, validate facility requirements, and ensure compliance with organizational standards.
- Contract Management: Assist with contract compliance, conflict resolution, and task execution.
- Organizational Collaboration: Ensure collaboration across different entities within the organization for mission success.
Requirements Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience managing medical facilities operations and maintenance strategies, or equivalent.
- Minimum of 5 years technical experience with building systems (i.e., mechanical, electrical systems), or equivalent.
- Minimum of 5 years developing multidisciplinary real property improvement projects, or equivalent.
- Active favorable NACI or ability be cleared.
Preferred Skills:
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or other project management tools.
- Experience in Healthcare Facilities Management.
- Working knowledge of NFPA codes, OSHA requirements for medical facilities, and accreditation standards.
