Description
- Project Oversight: Manage multiple high-end residential projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and support teams of 3-6 employees, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Client Communication: Act as a primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns.
- Coordination: Work closely with architects, designers, and subcontractors to align project goals and maintain quality standards.
Profile
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a Project Manager role, ideally in high-end residential construction.
- Project Background: Demonstrated experience managing high-end residential projects; familiarity with renovations, additions, and light commercial projects is a plus.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office for project documentation and tracking.
- Location: Must be based in Barnstable County, MA.

- Base Salary: $110k - $140k
- Healthcare: 50% employer-covered, increasing to 75% after two years; vision covered at 100%
