Job Summary
The Project Manager will play a versatile and dynamic role in supporting the management of housing and dining services at Purdue University. This position requires a flexible and adaptable individual who can effectively manage various projects, priorities, and responsibilities within a fast-paced environment. The Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating special projects, generating reports, and facilitating collaboration across departments, while also providing backup support to other areas as needed. The role will involve frequent communication with departments external to housing and dining to collect or share data and ensure alignment of activities.

What We Are Looking For
Education and Experience:
Required:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management or related field
* A minimum of five (5) years of experience in project coordination, preferably in a higher education or hospitality setting
Skills:
Required:
* Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with both internal and external stakeholders
* Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI) and reporting software
* Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a diverse team environment
* Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and responsibilities.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
* Familiarity with higher education operations and regulations
* Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing priorities and challenges
