We're looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee our exciting and upcoming projects. This role is for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves the thrill of bringing complex projects to life.Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets
• Identify and mitigate project risks
• Communicate project progress and updates to stakeholders
• Manage client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
• Coordinate and oversee subcontractors and vendors
• Create and maintain project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports
• Ensure compliance with project requirements and regulations
• Lead project meetings and provide direction to project team members
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in related field
• 10+ years of experience
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Experience with budgeting, cost estimation, and financial management
• Ability to identify and mitigate project risks
• Experience with Procore and MS (Project, Excel, Word)
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
