Each member of our staff is committed to service, innovation, and the success of our clients.Position DescriptionProject Managers are responsible for ensuring projects are tracked to all project metrics such as schedule, budget, safety, quality, and client needs.Project Managers are responsible for managing assigned construction projects. Project Managers serve as the primary contact with owners/clients and must continually foster a positive relationship with all parties involved. Project Managers generate and monitor cost estimates, prime contracts, schedules, subcontracts, change orders, RFI's, and process submittals.REQUIREMENTS:Bachelor's degree in Engineering Construction Management or a related field is desired; a combination of education and work experience will also be considered in lieu of degreeMinimum of five (5) years of experience in the field or in a related area required, 10+ preferred.Work experience in all disciplines of construction (civil, structural, architectural, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing) preferredExperience with large civil/roadway, commercial projects; healthcare, higher education, corporate campuses, justice, science & technology is desired.Ability to prioritize requests and manage projects to meet target delivery datesAbility to recognize a problem or issue that may be affecting project performance.Good judgment in addressing technical issues and effectively managing and leading a team.Ability to resolve field quality issues with the owner, architect, and subcontractorsComplete understanding of executed Owner agreement requirements, terms, and limitationsPromote a positive work environmentDevelop a relationship with team members, establish leadership and assignment of team member responsibilitiesHandle a varied workload and multiple priorities while working as a team with coworkers to accomplish company and project goalsDemonstrate excellent verbal/written communications, time management, interpersonal and organizational skillsProcess owner and subcontractor monthly billings.Coordinate total cost estimates for a particular bid/project as assignedCheck bid source files to ensure latest information is available prior to bid dayReviews proposal specifications, drawings, and attends pre-bid meetingsAttention to detail and multi-tasking.Uphold the company's philosophy of Honesty, Integrity, and Compassion for OthersGood DMV recordPHYSICAL DEMANDS:The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
