Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Project Manager to oversee the entire lifecycle of solar PV and PV+BESS projects from contract execution through to final commissioning. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in renewable energy project management, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:
- Project Planning: Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring alignment with company objectives and client expectations.
- Contract Management: Review and manage contracts with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions.
- Team Leadership: Lead and coordinate project teams, including engineers, procurement, construction, and commissioning personnel, fostering a collaborative and efficient working environment.
- Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress, challenges, and milestones.
- Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks throughout the lifecycle, implementing contingency plans as necessary.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all project activities adhere to safety, quality, and regulatory standards, promoting a culture of safety and compliance on-site.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including contracts, change orders, progress reports, and final project deliverables.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in project management within the renewable energy sector, specifically solar PV and BESS projects.
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects from inception to completion.
- Strong understanding of PV system design, installation, and commissioning processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients, subcontractors, and team members.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, etc.).
- PMP or equivalent project management certification is preferred.
- Knowledge of local regulations and permitting processes related to solar energy projects.
