While the firm completes many projects in the $2m-10m range, they've completed projects of up to $100m, with several projects in the $20-30m range slated for Q1 and Q2 of 2025. Were looking for a Senior PM to lead these larger projects and start in time to be involved with pre-construction from the beginning.

Projects are in Manhattan and will include corporate interiors, hospitality and specialty projects, lobby renovations, amenity spaces, rooftops, and MEP/ Infrastructure upgrades for many blue-chip clients and the city's largest landlords and building owners.

On offer:

• Base salary $175,000 - $215,000

About you:

• Minimum 7+ years experience as a Lead PM in NYC
• Experience running projects in a Senior PM capacity, with oversight of more junior PMs
• Experience running corporate interior projects above $10m+ in NYC
• Proficiency in Procore
• A college degree in a construction-related field is preferred but not essential
