• We're seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead our project management team.
• The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in high-end residential construction within New York City, specifically in apartment and townhouse renovations ranging from $2M to $25M.
• Oversee and manage the project management team, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards
• Develop and implement comprehensive best practices for project management
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including senior leadership and internal project teams, subcontractors/vendors, high-net-worth clients, and top architects and designers

• Bachelor's (Preferred)
• Extensive experience in high-end residential construction in NYC
• Proven track record in managing apartment and townhouse renovations within the $2M to $25M range
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Highly organized, energetic, and proactive in developing best practices
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, Bluebeam, and Procore
• Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging with a diverse range of stakeholders
