Job Description
Infosys is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead our managed services operations for a large US Healthcare payor client. This role will serve as the key leader responsible for managing all aspects of IT production support, including Incident, Problem, Change and Service Request Management. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in IT Service Management (ITSM) frameworks, tools and methodologies, particularly within Healthcare Payor environment.
Required Qualifications:
* Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Owings Mills, MD or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel in the US
* Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
* At least 12 years of Information Technology experience.
* 5-7 years of experience in IT Project management and ITSM, preferably within a healthcare payor or healthcare IT environment
* Deep understanding of ITIL/ITSM frameworks, with practical experience in Incident, Problem, Change and Service Request Management
* Proficiency in ITSM tools (ServiceNow) for ticketing, workflow automation, performance tracking and reporting
* Awareness of tools including Dynatrace, Splunk, Azure monitoring etc
* Strong grasp of Healthcare Payor operations and compliance requirements (HIPAA, HITRUST)
* Excellent communication and client-facing skills, with ability to simplify complex ITSM concepts for stakeholders.
* Leadership ability to manage and coordinate cross-functional teams across multiple time zones
* Problem solving mindset with focus on driving root cause analysis and long term solutions
* Work on issues related to performance tuning and Optimization (PTO), using native monitoring and troubleshooting tools
* Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
* Must be able to work in 24x7 production support environment
* Participate in an on-call rotation for support of systems outside of normal business hours.
