Salary - $150,000 - $165,000 + 15-16% bonus

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Project Manager to oversee and lead complex construction projects within our clients organization. This position requires a professional with a strong background in engineering, architecture, or GC, and a proven track record in managing large-scale, high-impact projects in the construction industry.

The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for the full project lifecycle, from planning and design to execution and final delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the execution of large-scale construction projects, including managing resources, schedules, budgets, and client relationships.
• Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and scope, ensuring all deliverables are met according to client specifications and industry standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders, to ensure alignment on project goals.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to minimize potential project delays or issues.
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to junior project managers and project teams.
• Prepare and present regular project status updates to senior leadership, clients, and stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any project-related issues, including procurement, design, construction, and vendor management.
• Establish and maintain positive client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and the delivery of high-quality projects.
• Review and negotiate contracts, change orders, and cost estimates, ensuring financial accountability and profitability.
• Manage procurement and ensure the timely acquisition of materials, labor, and resources necessary for project success.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field. Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., PMP, LEED) are a plus.
• Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in construction project management, specifically in the engineering, architecture, or general contracting industries.
• Proven experience managing multi-million-dollar projects and leading large, cross-functional teams.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations, with an ability to navigate complex technical details.
• Excellent project management skills, including planning, budgeting, and scheduling.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage client relationships and effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to problem-solve and think critically in high-pressure situations.
• Strong understanding of project risk management, safety protocols, and quality assurance processes.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Primavera) and Microsoft Office Suite.
