Senior Project Manager - Metric Geo : Job Details

This role will be working on one of the largest Data Centers ever constructed in the U.S. You will be responsible for a team of Project Managers, ensuring each phase of the project runs to the schedule over the allotted time frame.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of Project Managers and maintaining control over each portion of the project
• Developing project schedules, budgets and contracts
• Providing reports on the project progress, cost and performance
• Mentor, train and develop subordinates through leading by example

Qualifications

• Experience working on ground up data center or mission critical projects in excess of $300MM
• Experience as a Senior Project Manager or be a Project Manager ready to take the next step
• Proficiency in using Procore
• Be ready to travel or willing to relocate to the project site
