Senior Project Manager - New York University : Job Details

Manage the design and construction of capital improvements and major infrastructure projects for New York University's Planning and Construction Division to ensure projects are delivered in accordance with approved budgets, schedules and quality standards. Manage consultants, contractors and other vendors to optimize financial results and quality performance. Maintain highest standards of ethics and integrity. Qualifications Required Education:Bachelor's Degree. Preferred Education:Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Project Management or Construction Management preferred. Degrees in Interior Design or Business administration may be considered if complemented by experience in construction project management.
