This hands-on role oversees daily operations of the apartment building portfolio. Requirements include:

- 3-5 years in Maintenance Facilities or Property Management

- Experience in NYC residential market

- Bilingual in English and Spanish would be a plus

- Familiarity with property management software (Yardi) a plus.
