Senior Property Manager - Morrow & Associates : Job Details

We are hiring a Senior Property Manager for a new construction luxury multifamily lease-up property located in Pittsburgh. Our client is a well-established developer/owner, with an existing stabilized portfolio in the market, as well as a full pipeline of luxury multifamily properties under construction or in the planning phase.

Key Requirements:

• ~5+ years of property management experience.

• Skilled at taking a high-level directive and driving the execution to achieve results.

• Hands on manager skilled at building, leading and mentoring teams to achieve success.

• Experienced with new construction lease-ups preferred.

• Superior communication, organization, and customer service skills.

• A polished leader with robust interpersonal skills and social intelligence.
