Senior Property Manager - Specialty Consultants : Job Details

SCI, the premier search firm in the real estate industry, is seeking a dynamic and passionate Senior Property Manager to oversee commercial and industrial properties at a thriving firm with a 50-year legacy of success.

The Senior Property Manager will be responsible for financial management, operational oversight, and maintaining high standards for property maintenance. This role will work closely with the Operations and Maintenance Team and engage in budgeting, financial analysis, and tenant improvement projects.

Responsibilities:

• Manage financial objectives, including budgeting and variance analysis.
• Resolve client/tenant/owner complaints and preemptively address potential issues.
• Oversee operations, maintenance, and contracted services.
• Negotiate and authorize contracts within established policies.
• Prepare detailed reports and provide operational oversight for managers and contractors.
• Ensure property safety and efficiency, support leasing initiatives, and manage improvement projects.
• Lead and mentor team members to achieve effective performance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience.
• 2-5 years of property or facility management experience.
• Strong multitasking and pressure-handling skills.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational abilities.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of MRI is a plus.
