Are you a dynamic and experienced Senior Project Manager with a passion for leading strategic real estate and facility projects? Schneider Electric is seeking a talented individual to join our Real Estate and Facilities team, working closely with Line Of Business leadership to define project objectives, create plans, and execute projects. What will you do?
- Lead projects ranging from $100k to $10M in size and manage timely issue resolution
- Continuously identify and proactively manage project risks and issues
- Monitor project status and report to management regularly
- Participate in local cross-functional teams to plan and execute real estate and facilities projects
- Support construction and tenant improvements of new and existing facilities, working with internal resources and external contractors
- Provide data for business cases and support presentation of recommendations to executive management
- Determine rent allocation at larger facilities and oversee space design and moves
- Administer CAD drawings for large sites and support Facilities and EH&S team with energy and environmental projects

- Excellent project management skills and ability to analyze problems and recommend alternative solutions
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple simultaneous tasks
- Willingness to travel 25% in North America

- 10 years of facility and project management experience
- Strong understanding of finance and cost accounting
- LEED AP (or similar experience) preferred
