The Opportunity

Play a key role in GQR's Talent Acquisition (TA) function by attracting, engaging & hiring top talent into the business, with a primary focus on STEM - Workday, Technology & Life Sciences Divisions.

Requirements:

• At least 8+ years of experience in an external recruiting function, ideally within a global Life Science/STEM recruitment or staffing agency
• Extensive experience working in highly targeted fast-paced environments, ideally within a fast growth staffing and/or seeded start-up organization(s)
• Experience reporting to Leadership/C-Suite and being accountable for performance
• High personal performance deliverables in-line with global growth strategy
• Strong & positive cultural add to the team, division and wider business
• Must be able to be in the New York City office Tuesday - Thursday
