As a Senior Regional Asset Manager at Dominium, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the physical, financial, and operational aspects of a diverse portfolio of multifamily communities, encompassing both market rate and affordable housing. Your primary objective will be to maximize the long-term value of these communities.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
    • Evaluate the physical, financial, and operational aspects of a diverse portfolio of multifamily communities consisting of market rate and affordable communities to maximize long-term value.
    • Communicate regularly with Property Management, Project Partners, and other stakeholders as needed to drive portfolio performance and advance portfolio goals.
    • Create, analyze and evaluate reports, data, and other information to effectively monitor portfolio goals and performance.
    • Develop partnerships with multiple stakeholders, departments, and third-parties through clear, intelligent, and routine communications. Ensure all reporting packages for limited partners, lenders, and others are prepared and submitted as required and in a timely manner.
    • Prepare action plans, reports, and other deliverables as requested by the Project Partner to address short, mid, and long-term performance.
    • Assist interdepartmental teams with the planning and execution of value events including acquisitions, refinancing, repositioning, resyndications, and sales within the portfolio.
    • Ensure adherence to proforma, as well as the quality and timeliness of stakeholder deliverables.
    • Create business plans for each asset, partnering cross-functionally to ensure ownership goals are understood and met.
    • Inspect and review the physical condition of each asset in your portfolio as scheduled, reporting results to key stakeholders and partnering with Property Management and Ownership to drive improvements (if needed).
    • Act as a resource for all members of the organization on specialized areas, including partnership agreements, loan documents, tax returns, restrictive covenants, and other items as necessary.
    • Develop plans, ideas, and strategies to drive asset performance, including the identification of additional income-generating opportunities.
    • Manage ancillary income functions for the region, including easement requests, cable contracts, and other items as needed.QUALIFICATIONS:
      • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field. Professional designations (i.e. HCCP, CCIM, CPM, COS, CAM) preferred.
      • 4+ years experience in Multifamily Asset Management, preferably in Affordable Housing.
      • Thorough knowledge of affordable housing industry a plus, including Section 42, Section 8, HOME, and other affordable programs.
      • Ability to communicate clearly with others, in English, orally and in writing.
      • Writing and Composition skills required.
      • Advanced mathematical ability and reasoning skills.
      • Ability to comprehend highly complex partnership structures, waterfalls, and distribution possibilities.
      • General Accounting background preferred.
      • Advanced knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
      • Typing of at least 40 wpm and 10 key capabilities required.
      • Ability to perform computer functions using various software programs and the ability to learn new software programs.
      • Yardi experience is a plus.
      • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
