Due to our continued growth, we have an exciting new opening in the Czech Republic for a Senior Regional Sales Manager to oversee Czech Republic and Slovakia. You would be joining our management team, and overseeing field based team members.

The Senior Regional Sales Manager will manage a team of Territory Sales Managers and Field Clinical Specialists across a defined region to achieve financial goals. Responsibilities encompass management and coaching of the team, supporting team in direct sales activities.
How you'll make an impact:
Manage, coach and motivate a team to ensure achievement of sales targets within assigned territories utilizing expert understanding of cardiovascular anatomy, pathology and physiology relevant to EW medical products as it relates to the business
Promote and sell product portfolio and solutions directly to current and new customers while building strong network of relationships with critical decision makers in assigned accounts and in the market
Support sales activities of territory managers in complex selling situations while developing and leading the execution of both short- and long-term territory/account plans

What you'll need:
Bachelor's Degree in a related field and progressive sales experience
Medtech industry background REQUIRED
Demonstrated successful track record of managing a team
Fluent Czech and English REQUIRED
Knowledge of Czech (& Slovak) healthcare system and market REQUIRED
Cardiology experience preferred, not required
Excellent communication skills and ability to interact professionally with all organizational levels, enthusiastic and empathic team player, action and patient-oriented
Ability to work and excel within a fast paced, dynamic, and constantly changing work environment
Flexibility and availability to travel (CZ & Slovakia, active driver)
