The approximate hourly pay for this position is $21.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

• Boutique Key holder: Support our management team with open/closing duties, driving sales and creating an exceptional customer experience to ensure our store runs smoothly.
• Customer/Hospitality Obsessed: You will be a customer experience host and create a House of Hospitality store environment.
• Product Knowledge and Sales: Delight our customers with complimentary coffee tastings and highlight your extensive product knowledge.
• Brand Ambassador: Share our mission and values in sustainability and recycling.
• Store Operations and Safety: Assist with shipments, arrange eye-catching displays, and ensure boutique cleanliness.
• Training and Learning: You will undergo a training period that will equip you with the skills and coffee knowledge needed for success.
