Job Title: Senior Revenue Operations Specialist / RevOps Specialist

Location: Nashville, TN / Seattle, WA (100% Remote)

Job Summary:

Senior Revenue Operations Specialists play a pivotal role in driving cross-departmental strategic initiatives that bridge the gap between sales, marketing, and customer support. Together, the team ensures seamless collaboration and leverages technology to enable data-driven decisions that enhance revenue generation and the overall customer experience. This role shares responsibility for administering our HubSpot CRM, the core system powering the work of these teams. Working collaboratively, the Senior RevOps Specialists aim to minimize friction between key departments, optimize business processes, and provide best-in-class operational support across Client's technology stack. They also contribute to developing and refining business intelligence strategies to enable smarter, more informed decisions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Business Process Analysis: Develop a deep understanding of Client's customers, business, and operational workflows. Boldly challenge existing processes while collaborating with stakeholders to align on best practices and implement improvements.

• Project Leadership and Implementation: Lead HubSpot-related projects in partnership with internal stakeholders. Define objectives, set clear expectations, and deliver results on agreed timelines.

• HubSpot CRM Management: Oversee the daily operations of the HubSpot CRM system, maintaining data integrity, ensuring optimal system performance, and promptly addressing support requests.

• Customization and Configuration: Tailor and configure the HubSpot CRM to align with business needs, including creating advanced workflows, custom reports, and dashboard formulas. Conduct regular system audits, implement improvements, and maintain clear documentation of custom fields, objects, and workflows.

• User Support and Training: Provide end-user support across departments, ensuring users are proficient in CRM functionalities. Develop on-demand training resources, including knowledge base articles and video tutorials, tailored to Client's implementation.

• Data Management: Maintain the accuracy, cleanliness, and structure of CRM data through imports, exports, deduplication, and validation. Partner with the data team to ensure seamless connectivity between HubSpot and reporting databases.

• Automation and Workflow Optimization: Design, implement, and refine automated workflows to streamline processes, eliminate redundancies, and drive operational efficiency.

• Reporting and Analytics: Build and maintain actionable dashboards and reports to deliver insights into sales, marketing, customer service, finance, and operational performance. Regularly analyze trends and recommend strategic adjustments.

• Integration Management: Oversee integrations between HubSpot standard and custom objects and other business systems, ensuring seamless data flow and enhanced functionality.

• Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution: Diagnose and resolve technical issues or bugs in the CRM system efficiently to minimize business disruption.

• Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a trusted partner to cross-functional teams, ensuring the CRM and associated processes meet the needs of sales, marketing, customer success, and other relevant teams

• Continuous Improvement: Stay current with HubSpot updates and industry best practices. Proactively propose and implement system enhancements to meet evolving business requirements and maximize value..

• Leadership Responsibilities: No people leader responsibilities but all Client team members are expected to train, mentor and support fellow team members.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or other related fi eld. Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.

• A breadth of experience customizing and maintaining all aspects of HubSpot (Sales, Marketing, Service, Operations).

• Experience owning a large part of Revenue Operations responsibilities in a prior role.

• Adept at Microsoft Excel.

• HubSpot certifications and HubSpot community activity via events, networking groups and user conferences.

Required Skills and Abilities:

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with an ability to understand the why behind stakeholder requests, and professionally push back/offer alternative paths to success when necessary.

• Proficient in digital marketing principles and campaign attribution best practices.

• Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and work under the pressure of fluctuating timelines.

• Track record of managing large cross-functional projects.
